Order Processing
Please allow up to 48hrs to process your order, 72hrs if your order is placed on a weekend. Expect an email within 24hrs to let you know your order is on the way!
In Person Pickup
You can request to collect your package in person by contacting studio@c-4boom.com and we will help make arrangements. We are based in central London in WC1.
Local Delivery
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 3 miles of our studio. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
Flat Rate Shipping
Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours using our shipping partner Transglobal Express. Flat rate shipping fees applies to orders shipping to all locations as per the chart below.
Domestic shipping rates and estimates:
We only use signed for delivery services at the moment. For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer £10 flat rate shipping to UK domestic addresses.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries: USA, United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore.
At this time, we do not ship to countries that are not on the list above. However if you contact us at studio@c-4boom.com to let us know of a country you would like us to ship to we work to add it to our list.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Studio ADL Ltd T/A C4Boom is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. You can read our full returns and exchanges policy here.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at studio@c-4boom.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
