Returns Policy

We have a 14-day policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request either a partial or full refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a exchange, your item(s) must be in their original condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note exchange is dependent on items availability. In case of an exchange, please contact customer services to check and secure the availability of the item you desire. 

To start a exchange, you can contact us at studio@c-4boom.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 34 John Street, London, WC1N 2AT, United Kingdom. The cost for returning the product to us is at your own expense.

If your return or exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Item(s) not in their original condition, or that show signs of wear or tamper and use will not be accepted.

 

Particularities for Gifts:

If item(s) were a gift, you may only exchange them for item(s) of the same value or of a higher value. Please contact our Customer Service department, who will create the return for you and provide you with the return label by e-mail.  We can not refund money to the receive of the gift.

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

If you wish to exchange and if there is nothing you would like at the time of exchange we can offer you a gift card for the value useable up to 1 year from the date of original purchase. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items. All sale items will be sold as final purchase.

 

European Union 14 Day Cooling off Period 

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not ship to the European Union at the moment.

 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, your exchange will be automatically actioned on your within 10 business days. 
If more than 5 business days have passed since we’ve approved your exchange, please contact us at studio@c-4boom.com.
